# The Hooligans

Created for community, technology, and adventure, this 2021 Cardano project is led by veteran developer [Javier M.](https://docs.hoolabs.io/documentation/team#javier-m.) "Hooligan Dev" and a group of community leaders known as the The Great Hooligan Council.&#x20;
